Ian Sharpley

Ian Sharpley completed his formal art training at Pittsburgh Technical College in 2000. Over the past 17 years he has worked in the printing and publishing industry holding a variety of positions. These include graphic designer, production artist, pre-press associate, cover artist and interior illustrator. He became a full-time freelance artist at the beginning of 2017.  

Ian is the co-creator of the webcomic McSoss,

a bi-weekly comic strip satirizing comic books, cartoons, television, and films. The strip debuted in 2008 and is loosely based on the lives of Sharpley and fellow

co-creator Paul McGinty. He also co-hosts a weekly podcast, The McSoss Comic Book Podcast, with McGinty and fellow comic book enthusiast Matt Casale.
