Title: E-commerce Sales Associate

Full-time: 40 hrs per week flexible work hours

Location: Ellwood City, PA

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and support via phone, email, e-commerce system or face-to-face

• Create product listings and manage sales in various e-commerce systems

• Utilize computerized order management and shipping system to process and fulfill orders

• Pull, pack, and ship e-commerce orders

• Receive and stock incoming merchandise

• Assist team to keep warehouse organized

• Demonstrate product knowledge related to comics, toys and games

Requirements:

• Ability to work the full-time schedule to which you commit without exception

• Ability to operate computerized shipping, e-commerce, and point of sale systems with an attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication skills with English as primary language

• Excellent math skills

• Ability to lift boxes up to 65 pounds

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Positive attitude!

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of high school diploma, or G.E.D.

• E-commerce experience a plus

• Retail experience a plus

• Love of comics, collectibles, toys or games is a plus

Pay and Benefits:

• Base pay = $8 per hour during training period

• Performance/compensation review after 3 full calendar months of employment
